About the Virtual Project Manager Role

Jobgether is seeking a Virtual Project Manager for a contract position based in Saudi Arabia. This role is with a partner company that manages all application processes and subsequent steps. The position is situated at the intersection of product execution, education, and business scaling within a rapidly growing digital academy dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs in building and expanding trade-based businesses.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to take ownership of an existing online academy platform and drive its development into a scalable, high-impact learning ecosystem. This requires a combination of project management discipline and entrepreneurial thinking to shape programs that guide learners through real business creation and growth. The Virtual Project Manager will coordinate remote teams, enhance operational systems, and directly influence student outcomes and business performance in a fully virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete development and optimization cycle of the virtual business academy platform, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement of the learning experience.
• Design and expand training programs to support technicians and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling businesses across various home service verticals.
• Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes through structured program enhancements and initiatives.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to support the academy's expansion into new markets and geographies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), derive insights, and implement data-driven improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure alignment between academy strategy and execution with the broader business vision, while maintaining efficient day-to-day program delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning environments.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with prior experience or a strong interest in building and scaling digital products or business education programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Ability to design structured processes, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution from concept to completion.
• Experience in trade industries, vocational training, or business education focused on real-world operational businesses is considered a bonus.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a contract position operating in a fully virtual environment. The role requires the candidate to be based in Saudi Arabia. Collaboration will occur with instructors, mentors, and stakeholders across multiple verticals.
