We are currently seeking a Senior Team Manager - Logistics to join our team in Abha.

About the Role

The Senior Team Manager - Logistics is responsible for overseeing transport operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in logistics and transport management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transport supervisors execute planned shifts and daily operations effectively.
• Oversee the timely delivery of products to designated locations.
• Manage the scheduled collection of milk and ensure its return to the Central Processing Plant (CPP).
• Monitor operational performance to maintain efficiency and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in logistics, transport, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise transport operations.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and operational planning in a logistics context.
