The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Logistics to join its team in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is part of a dynamic multinational team focused on supporting the company's growth plans, driven by aggressive expansion and strategic acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that transport supervisors effectively execute planned operations for shifts and days. This includes overseeing the timely delivery of products, scheduled milk collection, and the return of vehicles to the Central Processing Plant (CPP).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise transport supervisors to ensure adherence to operational plans.
• Monitor and ensure timely product delivery schedules.
• Oversee the efficient collection of milk as per schedule.
• Ensure the timely return of all transport vehicles to the CPP.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in engineering or a logistics background.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity, specifically involving the supervision of Transport supervisors.
• Knowledge of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) standards, Health & Safety regulations, and Company Quality Policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated positive behavior and attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic and expanding multinational team dedicated to achieving Almarai's growth objectives.
