Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives, coaching them on sales techniques.
- Liaise with upper management to meet sales targets through effective planning.
- Analyze current marketplace and provide market feedback.
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and satisfaction.
Experience and Skills:
- Results-oriented with proven negotiation skills.

- Analytical skills for quick interpretation of data.
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in sales management.
- At least 5 years in Food Service sales management, preferably in FMCG.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
