Join Al-Ghanim Limited as a Secretary and Support the Management Team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic secretary to support our manager and administration by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, as well as assisting in coordinating essential projects and managing the agenda.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking notes in shorthand and typing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Receiving and directing phone calls, and answering callers' questions.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and distributing correspondence.
  • Coordinating meeting schedules and securing the meeting room.
  • Creating systems for filing and record-keeping.

Requirements:
  • Two years of practical experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial.
  • Experience in contact officer services, document management software, and email management software.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
