Senior Scheduling Control Engineer

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduling Control Engineer to join their team in Abha, 'Asir. This full-time position involves developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules to ensure alignment with overall project goals and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress and identify areas of concern or potential delays.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
• Provide regular updates on project status to project teams and management.
• Review and analyze project data to identify trends and improve project performance.
• Collaborate with construction & engineering teams to develop project schedules and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Manage schedule change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and control matters.
• Support project managers in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling and control engineering.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Abha, 'Asir, requiring active participation in project meetings and close collaboration with various teams.
