Senior Scheduling Control Engineer

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduling Control Engineer to join their team in Al Qassim, Al Qasim. This full-time position involves developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals, and supporting project managers in planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress and identify areas of concern or potential delays.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
• Provide regular updates on project status to project teams and management.
• Review and analyze project data to identify trends and improve project performance.
• Collaborate with construction & engineering teams to develop project schedules and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Manage schedule change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and control matters.
• Support project managers in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in project scheduling and control. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities outlined.

This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, within a professional project management environment. The role requires collaboration with various project stakeholders and adherence to established company policies and procedures.
