About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide a range of services, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests efficiently.
• Completing necessary reports and documentation.
• Sharing information about local area highlights and attractions.
• Ensuring all transactions are integrated into the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to uphold quality standards consistently.
• Capacity to perform all job duties as requested to meet guest and business needs.
