About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the guest's overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
Completing necessary reports and documentation.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves physical activity. Guest Experience Experts are expected to be on their feet and moving around, which includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these duties effectively is crucial for success in serving guests and supporting business operations.
