About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves direct interaction with guests to guide them through various aspects of their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests efficiently.
• Completing reports and sharing highlights of the local area with guests.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Creating a safe workplace and maintaining confidentiality.
• Following company policies and procedures, and protecting company assets.
• Upholding quality standards and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
