Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries about products and services.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and promotions.
• Handling customer complaints with empathy and tact to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, and displays.
• Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions.
• Achieving sales goals and increasing in-store sales through cross-selling and effective customer interaction.
• Providing outstanding customer service and directing customers to merchandise.
