About NADEC Foods
NADEC Foods is seeking a Specialist Scheduling to join its team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern region. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining production continuity through effective scheduling and coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Role Overview
The Specialist Scheduling will support production planning by assessing raw material availability against production requirements. This role involves close collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, and other stakeholders to coordinate schedules, identify potential supply constraints, and ensure the timely execution of production plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production scheduling based on production requirements and raw-material availability.
- Assess material availability and identify potential shortages or constraints that may impact production.
- Coordinate scheduling priorities with Supply Chain, Production, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential delays or supply-related risks.
- Support resource and material planning to ensure efficient production execution.
- Maintain accurate and reliable schedules and planning data.
- Prepare regular scheduling and production progress reports.
- Communicate scheduling changes, material constraints, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Planning, or Production Scheduling, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of raw-material planning and its impact on production schedules.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Al-Ahsa, where the Specialist Scheduling will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure efficient production operations.
