Showroom Sales Representative at Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Al Baha. This full-time position is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives within the showroom environment.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service from initial reception through post-sales support. This role focuses on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and directly contributing to the achievement of established sales targets for the Al Baha showroom.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Greet customers and maintain a high level of service, addressing their needs before and after sales.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, introducing products and assisting with product selection, color coordination, and quantity calculation.
  • Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan.
  • Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item availability and stock levels.
  • Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints, reporting them to the direct manager.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth invoicing and proper delivery of goods.
  • Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness, ensuring all marketing tools like brochures and catalogues are readily available.
  • Ensure a healthy stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, by adhering to warehouse ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
  • Report any missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Oversee the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate periodic inventory checks.
  • Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and ensure daily deposit of sales cash into the company's account.
  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement all company policies and instructions.
  • Execute all job-related activities following safe and environmental methods.
  • Maintain overall order and discipline within the showroom.

Continuous Improvement and General Duties

  • Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
  • Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
