Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Taif. This full-time role is central to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient showroom operations within our retail environment.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial customer interaction to product delivery. This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining high showroom standards, and coordinating effectively with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Customer Engagement and Sales Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer reception and maintain a high level of service within the showroom.
  • Address customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, introduce products, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with product and color coordination.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely goods delivery, coordinating with showroom assistants, workers, and drivers.
  • Achieve established sales targets as per the sales plan.
  • Accept and process online customer requests, updating the E-commerce platform with required items and stock levels.
  • Handle all customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution, and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom and Inventory Management

  • Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times, ensuring marketing tools such as brochures and catalogues are readily available.
  • Secure and maintain adequate stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving products, by applying ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
  • Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to established policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
  • Maintain overall order within the showroom environment.

Reporting and Operational Compliance

  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and deposit daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
  • Implement all company policies and instructions.
  • Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
  • Provide constructive ideas and suggestions to develop sales processes and enhance value.
  • Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
