About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Taif. This full-time position is central to providing exceptional customer service within the showroom, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial interaction through to post-sales support. The role involves active engagement with customers, efficient product coordination, and seamless order processing and delivery to meet customer needs effectively.

Customer Engagement and Showroom Operations

  • Warmly greet customers and maintain a high standard of service, addressing their needs both before and after sales.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, introducing company products, assisting with order placement, quantity calculation, and coordinating colors and products.
  • Facilitate the invoicing process and ensure the proper delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times to ensure a professional environment.
  • Ensure the continuous availability of all necessary marketing tools, including brochures and catalogues.

Sales Performance and Inventory Management

  • Achieve sales targets as defined within the established sales plan.
  • Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, taking into account item availability and current stock levels.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, particularly for fast-moving items, by adhering to established ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
  • Report any missing products in the main store to the direct manager promptly.
  • Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to company policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock records and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.

Reporting and Financial Operations

  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required.
  • Ensure the daily deposit of sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Professionally handle all customer complaints and report them to the direct manager for resolution.

Team Collaboration and Policy Adherence

  • Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
  • Maintain overall order and discipline within the showroom environment.
  • Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
  • Implement all company policies and instructions consistently.
  • Adhere to management goals and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).

Professional Development and General Duties

  • Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, identified problems, and areas for improvement to the direct manager.
  • Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and overall value delivered.
  • Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
