About the Role

Al Rugaib is seeking a Sales Associate to join its sales team in Al Hafuf. This full-time role focuses on selling company products and services, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The primary objective is to drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Role Overview

The Sales Associate acts as a key point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge and addressing inquiries. This position contributes to achieving sales targets by guiding customers through the purchasing process and resolving any concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer questions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process to finalize sales.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the visual merchandising of the store in accordance with company standards.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance sales and customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure and courtesy under pressure.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior.
• Punctual, organized, and reliable.

Work Environment
