Join HSB as an Office Administrative Assistant!
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in organizing office operations and providing support to our associates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize office and assist associates with day-to-day activities.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Provide support in arranging hotels for company training events.
  • Support onboarding of customers and staff, including OFAC compliance and job cards.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Backup Eurasia regional teammates as needed.
  • Manage contract administration.
  • Maintain database(s).
Qualifications:
Candidates should have prior experience in industry safety norms and maintenance of personal protective equipment.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
