About the Role

NextEra is seeking an Application Developer UiPath to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 production support, develop and optimize UiPath automations, and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments, bringing 2-5 years of experience to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath bots in production environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Robots, Orchestrator, and automation workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents promptly.
• Develop and enhance automations using UiPath Studio and the REFramework.
• Build integrations with various enterprise systems including SAP applications (S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, or SuccessFactors), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and APIs.
• Support initiatives related to OCR, document processing, email automation, and general workflow automation.
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator components such as queues, assets, credentials, robot deployment, and scheduling.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UiPath development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP automation, including platforms such as S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of API integrations, web automation, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.
