As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our staff and enhancing the employee experience within the IHG family. You will be responsible for facilitating HR processes and ensuring that our hotel operations are supported effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR initiatives and provide assistance to hotel management.
  • Assist in recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Handle employee queries and assist with HR-related matters.
