About the Role

Amentum is seeking an MH-60 Aircraft Logs & Records Clerk to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position is responsible for the comprehensive management and sustainment of all aircraft logbooks, aeronautical equipment service records, and associated maintenance documentation for MH-60 aircraft. The role requires adherence to CNAFINST *** series and other applicable instructions within an aircraft maintenance and operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize current management information systems to maintain aircraft forms and records as required by the customer.
• Draft and submit aircraft/engine management and Inventory Reporting System reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as assigned.
• Process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program, and verify aircraft utilization reports.
• Monitor aircraft configuration status, weight and balance, and aircraft inventory data for accuracy.
• Initiate and distribute applicable maintenance forms in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Maintenance Plan.
• Monitor, verify, and log Support Equipment Custody records, Aviation Armament Equipment, aircraft inventory records, and Technical Directives as applicable.
• Maintain the work-center technical publication annex library as required.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction as needed.
• Perform data processing, data entry, and administrative support within systems such as NALCOMIS Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), MH-60R Automated Maintenance Environment (AME), Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS), Comprehensive Engine Trending and Diagnostics System (CETADS), and Comprehensive Engine Management System (CEMS).
• Comply with Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Hazardous Waste Program, and Tool Control Programs.
• Adhere to all established general and industrial safety rules and regulations applicable to the contract, facility, and job assignment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Logs and Records Work Center Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in aircraft logs and records management or a similar field. A strong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and reporting requirements, particularly CNAFINST *** series, is essential. The role requires proficiency in various maintenance information systems and a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Work Environment

The primary work setting is an office environment with minimal exposure to noise hazards. Occasional work may be required in aircraft hangar and shop areas. The role may involve handling hazardous materials and requires administrative duties that include occasional kneeling, standing, stooping, and bending. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary. This position involves prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and keyboard input. Travel in support of detachments of unknown duration may be required.
