Job Title: Secretary

Job Description: We are looking for a secretary to support the manager or the administration by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, assisting in coordinating key projects, and managing the agenda. Your primary task will be to support the administrative activities as outlined below:
  • Taking notes, organizing correspondences, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Receiving phone calls from employees and external clients and arranging them.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing correspondences.
  • Coordinating the schedules of meeting participants and organizing meeting rooms.
  • Creating systems for filing documents and records.

Qualifications:
You have 3 years of experience in the field of secretarial work, with a bachelor's degree in English, business administration, or executive secretarial studies. Certifications such as (CCNA) Cisco and Certified Network Assistant are preferred.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.
  • Proficient in document management software and email management.
  • Able to schedule visits and prepare reports.
