This role supports the ongoing expansion of vocational training programs for a client, the Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic (SPSP). The position represents an urgent requirement for an experienced HVAC professional to contribute to developing the next generation of skilled technicians within the petroleum industry.

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Instructor will play a crucial role in delivering hands-on vocational training, specifically focusing on HVAC and pipefitting curricula. This position is designed for professionals with a strong background in technical training and industrial experience who are committed to fostering practical skills and knowledge among trainees. The instructor will work within a dynamic team environment, ensuring the readiness of training facilities and providing direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the readiness of all workshop equipment for lessons.
• Manage workshop stores effectively.
• Support instructional staff in delivering the pipefitting curriculum in the workshop.
• Assist trainees in achieving their full potential through hands-on guidance and mentorship.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.
• Adhere to and uphold the Quality Policy of the institute.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by senior instructors or management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong foundation in technical training and relevant industrial experience.

• Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of technical training experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience in pipefitting.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East.
  • Previous experience in training or instructional roles.
