The Opportunity: Fire Prevention Manager (Bakery Plant)

Almarai is seeking a Fire Prevention Manager for its bakery plant in Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves providing essential fire safety support to the Operations Division management, focusing on site auditing, ensuring compliance with Almarai policies and procedures, and applying relevant fire codes and standards, particularly NFPA codes. The objective is to maintain fire safety compliance within the Operations Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments for all areas of the plant site, maintaining and updating records as necessary.
• Ensure all fire equipment is checked and tested according to schedules, and maintain accurate records of these tests.
• Work to enhance fire safety standards for employees within the manufacturing plant.
• Perform fire audits independently and in coordination with the divisional HSS manager.
• Develop and deliver fire training programs for all staff members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fire prevention and safety.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of fire codes and standards, specifically NFPA codes.
• Proven ability to conduct fire risk assessments and manage fire safety equipment.
• Experience in developing and delivering fire safety training programs.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence within the bakery plant environment.
