Divisional Engineering Manager, Farming

Almarai is seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for its large-scale dairy farming operations in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior leadership role involves developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery.
• Oversee engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance.
• Manage engineering budgets and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Almarai's Health & Safety standards and international engineering best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineering qualification is preferred.
• Qualified in Electrical Installation Standards (16th Edition or equivalent international standard).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering and maintenance experience within a large industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.

Desirable Industry Experience

Candidates should have experience gained within one or more of the following environments:

• Dairy Farming or Agriculture
• Food Manufacturing or FMCG Manufacturing
• Industrial Utilities or Water Treatment Operations
• Large-Scale Industrial Facilities, Manufacturing, and Production Operations
• Renewable Energy and Solar Projects (advantageous)
