We are looking for a talented administrative assistant to join our team in the Eastern Province. You will be responsible for following up on the implementation of administrative decisions and organizing daily work. You will do the following:
  • Implement administrative instructions and follow up on the implementation of decisions.
  • Open and sort physical and electronic mail and respond to it.
  • Complete printing tasks and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct manager.
  • Document and record meeting minutes.

The required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management information systems, marketing, or executive secretarial. Preference is given to those with certifications in human resources training or management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A fast learner eager to take on new challenges.
