Crane Operator

About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking experienced Crane Operators for a contract position in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is with an esteemed multinational client specializing in mechanical construction, heavy equipment, and crane services. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily pre-start crane inspections and basic checks, including boom greasing, hydraulic oil, and coolant levels.
• Review lift plans, risk assessments, lifting procedures, OEM manuals, and load charts before each operation.
• Operate within rated capacities and manufacturer limits while adhering to company and client safety requirements.
• Coordinate with riggers and site teams, ensure lifting areas are barricaded, and promptly report equipment defects or safety concerns.
• Maintain crane housekeeping and participate in toolbox talks and safety training.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7–10 years of crane operating experience, including at least 5 years in the GCC operating AT/RT cranes up to 160 tons.
• Experience with Tadano, Liebherr, or Terex AT/RT cranes (80–250 tons) is required; Sany crawler crane experience (800–1,250 tons) is an advantage.
• Third-party certification, valid or expired, specifying the crane operated.
• Working knowledge of English and a minimum secondary education.
• A Saudi crane operator license and Aramco certification, including expired ones, are preferred.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
