Job Title: Collector

Job Summary: We are looking for a Credit & Collection Analyst who will report to the Financial Controller. The primary responsibilities include managing the billing process in compliance with Local ZATCA regulations and Flowserve policies, ensuring timely billing and invoicing, managing customer credits, and coordinating effectively with project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure billing is issued as per compliance and company policy.
  • Submit invoices to customers within 2 days.
  • Manage customer credit limits and terms.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure invoice approval.
  • Communicate discrepancies and resolution timelines efficiently.
  • Provide collection details to accountants for receipt application.

Preferred Experience / Skills:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
