We are looking for an exceptional Executive Secretary to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing appointments, preparing memos, conducting correspondence, attending meetings, and drafting minutes, in addition to preparing and presenting work reports.

Main tasks:
- Organizing the manager/president's appointments and reminding them.
- Handling inquiries and responding to them.
- Delivering mail and correspondence to the manager/president.
- Preparing periodic memos and conducting correspondence with external entities.
- Attending meetings and recording and editing minutes.
- Keeping documents and files related to the manager/president's work.
- Preparing and presenting work reports.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in executive secretarial studies.
- 2 years of practical experience.
