About the Role:
Join Five Moons Company, a leader in Pest Control and Facilities Management Services, as a Chief Accountant. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our accounting operations and ensure the highest standards of financial compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Management: Lead all accounting functions, ensuring separate yet streamlined processes, accurate reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Supervise the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 5 accountants, conducting regular evaluations and fostering professional development.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing employee benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review, maintaining an organized general ledger.
  • Auditing: Coordinate internal and external audits and implement robust internal controls.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and provide insights through financial analysis.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow needs and prepare projections.
  • Bank Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for banking relationships and manage the company's financial facilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, SOCPA) is required.
  • 1015 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles and Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Job Overview
The Senior Principal Accounting Administrator will be a key member of the Accounting/Finance team, assisting with daily deliverables, account analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This team member will plan, prioritize, and manage workload in an environment with competing priorities. With CB&I's face-paced growth, understanding and grasping the company's needs will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions related to accounts receivable, cash applications, and daily cash management in compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies in accounts receivable by understanding billing and retention policies, credit memos, short payments, and miscellaneous payment applications.
  • Prepare and post Journal Entries.
  • Support month-end close process and financial reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly cash forecast reports.
  • Preparation and analysis of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with Audit requests.
  • Support the Accounting Manager in completion of various financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Backup to the Accounting team for Month End Deliverables, Payroll, Job Cost, etc.
  • Provide support to functional groups including Project Controls, Project Managers, Supply Chain, and others.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and company Policies.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with more than 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures, including but not limited to A/R, A/P, General Accounting practices, Payroll, and Month End close reporting process.
  • Experience with JD Edward, Hyperion, and Essbase is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software is desired.
  • Ability to meet work requirements within established timelines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Self-motivated.
