Join Grand Hyatt Al Khobar as a Sous Chef! As a vital member of our culinary team, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Your main responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen operations while ensuring a successful independent profit center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality food services.
  • Maintain hygiene practices and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Oversee kitchen staff and manage kitchen administration.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or a reputable large restaurant.
  • Experience with luxury international brands is preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance Systems are advantageous.
