Join the Hyatt team as a Chef de Cuisine!
In this vital role, you will manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit center while aligning with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your primary objectives will be to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, operate within budget, and contribute to the financial success of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain budget and control food cost efficiently.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food preparation and service.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Experience in luxury international brands is preferred.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance Systems.
