Join the prestigious Kempinski Hotels as a Head Chef (Japanese Cuisine) in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of exquisite a la carte items that meet our guests' expectations while supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with organizing special events and food promotions.
  • Participate in drafting concept ideas and menus in line with franchise standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients and suppliers.
  • Ensure hygiene standards in the kitchen and personal hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources for staff performance and training needs analysis.
  • Manage departmental budgets and monitor costs against financial targets.
  • Adhere to OH&S guidelines and ensure safe working practices.
  • Implement and practice HACCP.
