Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies that align with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Continuously review HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
