Our client, a leading food investment company, is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Officer to enhance their human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while supporting recruitment processes and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR policies that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Continuously review HR processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR officer, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
