We are looking for a professional with experience in human resources to carry out comprehensive procedures related to employee attendance monitoring and vacation management. You will be part of a fast-paced work environment where you will work remotely.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee employee attendance monitoring and vacation procedures.
  • Apply annual, sick, and emergency leave policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee complaints and inquiries professionally and update their information.
  • Prepare documents and specialized reports related to human resources operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Executive Secretary.
  • Professional certifications such as (CIPD-CPP, SPHR-CA) preferred.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and communications.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced skills in supervision, billing, and reporting.
  • Strong training and consulting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of monitoring employee absenteeism and creating documented procedures.

Languages:
  • Arabic (Advanced)
  • English (Advanced)
  • Urdu (Advanced)
