Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the effective operation and improvement of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tools and resources.
  • Execute HR programs and projects while gaining subject matter expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations.
  • Deliver HR data reporting to provide meaningful recommendations to improve service delivery.
  • Advise HR leaders on best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • A Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
