Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Kleen’s growth and business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a robust workforce.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee employee performance management systems and ensure continuous professional development.
- Monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Design and implement training and development programs to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to support business decisions and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
