Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations & Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and support internal audits to ensure compliance.
• Employee Relations & Support: Handle employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Collaborate on payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
• HR Systems & Reporting: Support the maintenance of HRIS, generate HR reports, and ensure data confidentiality.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and support hiring managers in the recruitment process.
• Training & Development Coordination: Work with the Learning & Development team to support employee training initiatives.
• Vendor & Manpower Supplier Coordination: Assist the HR Manager in managing third-party manpower suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 24 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Preferred HR certifications (*, SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
