About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic support for the installation of building systems and equipment.
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of various building systems.
• Correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes.
• Implement minor changes to systems as required.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• An Associate's Degree or Technical Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is suggested, with a range of 2-5 years of experience.
• Specialized knowledge in specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas is essential.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to deliver output following broad frameworks or standards, with some impact on the job area.
• Capability to deliver output according to specific operational targets.
• Aptitude for addressing problems and issues generally falling within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.
