Working in a women's spa in Khobar
Preferred if has English language skills

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials.
• Provide accurate information in-person, and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries.
• Ensure office security by following safety procedures and managing access.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.

• Ability to handle emergencies effectively.
• Strong multitasking and stress management skills.
• Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
• High School diploma is required.
