Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and alignment.
- Track and organize candidate applications for easy access and reporting.
- Communicate status updates to candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, and any additional information required.
- Post job openings on various platforms (company website, job boards, social media).
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and external recruitment agencies to ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring process.
- Provide feedback on recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field.
- Fresh graduate.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
