About the Role:
Join AlQahtani Holding as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where you'll play a crucial role in coordinating various Talent Acquisition functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and alignment.
  • Track and organize candidate applications for easy access and reporting.
  • Communicate status updates to candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, and any additional information required.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (company website, job boards, social media).
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and external recruitment agencies to ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide feedback on recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate.

Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
  • Time-management and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
