Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Sourcing & Talent Intelligence: Use advanced sourcing strategies across platforms to engage talent and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Deliver a positive candidate experience, maintain communication, and promote the club’s employer brand.
  • Reporting & Process Optimization: Utilize the ATS for managing applications, ensuring transparency, and optimizing sourcing channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise hiring managers on evaluation and support diversity and inclusion goals.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 24 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
