- Operational Management: Ensure compliance with high-quality standards, implement best practices in workflow, and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Logistics Management: Oversee logistics related to transportation, storage, and raw materials.
- Quality Control: Maintain food safety standards and conduct regular quality audits.
- Customer Service: Represent the company professionally, address client feedback, and lead event teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the catering team, overseeing training initiatives.
- Expansion Strategies: Collaborate with management on new ventures and integrate new locations into existing operations.
- Marketing: Develop a yearly marketing calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to maximize revenues.
- Event Sales: Work with the event team to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in senior operational roles in the event catering industry.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in event catering operations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
