- Proactively generating leads and qualifying prospects.
- Conducting research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Engaging with prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
- Scheduling meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM.
- Providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitoring industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieving individual and team KPIs for lead generation and qualification.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus.
