Your Role:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the service sales process in collaboration with the ABB SEAM Regional Commercial and Operations team, with support from the Global Market Development team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing a sales execution plan that aligns with the regional commercial plan.
  • Driving the service sales process to secure profitable sales within the Middle East.
  • Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring prompt responses to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with the Global Market Development team and capturing the Voice of the Customer (VOC).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • 8+ years of sales experience in commercial and industrial markets.
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and availability to travel up to 50% within the region.
