Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients through tailored quotations.
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Represent company offerings, identify prospects, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle effectively.
- Build a robust sales pipeline, identifying potential customers for future products.
- Utilize the company CRM to track sales activities and maintain updated account information.
- Develop a network with business owners, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
- Provide proposal opportunities and sales reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of sales experience in the hotel supplies industry or project sales.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- A strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- A proven success rate in exceeding sales targets.
