We are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously. Your role will be pivotal in understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients warmly and listen attentively to their needs.
  • Present and explain the benefits of products and services to customers.
  • Manage sales transactions and issue invoices while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in arranging and organizing the showroom attractively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle complaints and inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations at the showroom.

  • Delivering specific distribution, pricing, promotion, and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
  • Executing specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed by FLM’s
  • Monitoring individual call files to identify new customer opportunities
  • Completing all planning and administration for the territory in line with Olayan Standard Field Operating Procedures
  • Demonstrating knowledge and practical use of structured call principles

Education & Certifications
High school diploma required.

Experience
You should have a minimum of 34 years of sales experience.
