We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive to contribute to our success in the heavy equipment rental sector. As part of Future Soft Contracting Company, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and engage with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and foster strong relationships with new clients.
  • Manage existing customer accounts effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while reporting directly to management.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of various heavy equipment types and rental processes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Based in KSA with the readiness to relocate to the Eastern Region.

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance via FLM’s
  • Delivering specific distribution, pricing, promotion, and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
  • Executing specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed by FLM’s
  • Monitoring individual call files to identify new customer opportunities
  • Completing all planning and administration for the territory in line with Olayan Standard Field Operating Procedures
  • Demonstrating knowledge and practical use of structured call principles

Education & Certifications
High school diploma required.

Experience
You should have a minimum of 34 years of sales experience.
