About the job Senior Sales Specialist
Our client, a forward-thinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovation and growth, is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Present and promote the company's services to potential clients, showcasing its unique value propositions.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to drive team performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 57 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-oriented industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex sales processes.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market; familiarity with the laundry or service industry is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
