- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support the company's growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Present and promote the company's services to potential clients, showcasing its unique value propositions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to drive team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 57 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-oriented industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex sales processes.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market; familiarity with the laundry or service industry is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
