Structural/Civil Draftsman

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Structural/Civil Draftsman to join our team for an urgent workshop recruitment campaign in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in the Eastern Province, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Al Qatif, Ras Tannurah, Buqayq, Al Khafji, Al Mubarraz, Al Jafr, Safwa, Al Jish, Inak, Darin, Umm Al Hamam, and Jawatha. The role requires 2-5 years of experience, with a salary range of SAR 2,500-4,500.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering and fabrication drawings for structural steel components.
• Develop GA, fabrication, erection, assembly, and detailed shop drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with structural engineers, fabrication teams, and QA/QC personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in structural steel detailing and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel components, including warehouses, platforms, pipe racks, supports, stairs and ladders, handrails, base plates, bracing, and structural connections.
• Experience in Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and/or EPC projects is preferred.
• Candidates with production, manufacturing, or fabrication workshop experience will be preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a workshop environment, supporting critical projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with various engineering and production teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of structural drawings.
