Key Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
You should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality and have prior experience in hotel reservations. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication in English, with additional language skills being an asset, is required.
Knowledge and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused with a proactive approach. You should be courteous, dynamic, and approachable, capable of establishing effective relationships with customers in a structured environment. Essential competencies include understanding the job, teamwork, adaptability, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, letter, or fax.
- Input reservations into the computer, managing all pertinent information.
- Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
- Stay updated with hotel promotions and processes for reservations, rates, and confirmations.
- Show complete product knowledge and apply rate management effectively.
- Maintain an accurate room status and organized filing system.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered according to Rotana standards.
- Organize visa requests for guests and identify up-sell opportunities.
